So, since I live in a Mardi Gras town and the town is alive with the FEEL of Mardi Gras (I can’t explain it, it’s just a sort of feeling in the air), I’ve decided to do a 7 days of Mardi Gras.

(Fun story: A friend of mine was in a bar in Georgia, and looks at the guy next to him and says, “You know, you look just like Fats Domino.”
The guy looks at him and says, “that’s probably because I AM Fats Domino, which means you’re from Louisiana.”
My friend says, “yes, how’d you know that?”
And Fats Domino says, “I don’t know why, but everytime someone recognizes me in a bar, they’re always from Louisiana.”
Apparently he was really cool and they had a few drinks and chatted about music. I was so jealous.)
